We are seeking a qualified General Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in general accounting, budget management, daily accounting operations, and financial reporting support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing daily journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Managing and following up on accounts receivable (customers) and accounts payable (suppliers).
• Preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Issuing, reviewing, and processing invoices and payment orders.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
• Conducting inventory reconciliations and adjustments.
• Archiving, organizing, and maintaining financial and accounting documents.
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Preparing cash flow statements and reports.
• Monitoring petty cash, bank movements, and financial custodies.
• Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
• Executing any other financial or accounting tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Systems: Solid knowledge of ERP accounting systems.
• Competencies: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
